I know signups for blackisbeautifulex are open right now if you’re looking for an exchange—multifandom, focused on Black characters, gen I believe very welcome. Also, this might not be exactly what you’re looking for, but fandomtrumpshate signups just opened too—say what you’re willing to write and people can bid to have you write it for them, with the money going to various charities. Both would be great options if you’re looking for an excuse to write more/in a more structured way!
